After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing. Sometimes, customer will make a sample mold, which is smaller and cost less, Just for making samples. Sometimes, customer make a big mold directly, for both making samples and mass production. The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing. After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.
